This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on ultraa-company.com.

 


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and materials

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons (see section 5).


2. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing time may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly shipped

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened or used items

  • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.


9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
